Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear sir , i was filed a complaint in our police station but there was no listen my prayer and i file 156(3) in district court for cheating case lodging Fir against accuse and court order to I.O. for investigation and report filing in court but I.O. manipulate and hide real facts from report that there was no any cheating done because seller who sold us property , Sale the property on basis of registered will base documents but my complaint is only that seller filed false and concealed affidavits and misrepresent the name of all total legal heirs i-e non beneficiary legal heir in the affidavits and file in affidavits that they are only legal heirs are leave behind death of decease so how can Govt department demand for NOC from beneficiary of registered will or seller who file this false affidavit and Govt department mutate and convert free hold and execute conveyance deed in favor of beneficiary of registered wills legal heir and they sold us through sale deed without knowledge given to us for other legal heirs and now all legal heirs file partition suit in high court but now my quarries that how can i inquiry against the that I.o. for irresponsibility of without doing investigation or manipulated investigation report file in mm court and mm was dismiss my 156(3) and i was suffer for revision in session court , sir if any way possible for legally pressure on area police station ( SHO, I.O or any other from court or RTI) please suggest me. Thanks
