Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
My brother file is in cause list and the date automatically changed. When the cause list prepare my brother name was not in the list. What should i do sir. We are in trouble because my brother is in jail since 5 months. And the advocate makes pretend my reasons.
