Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

A deceased friend of mine has prepared a handwritten will bequeathing all his assets to his parents without registering it at an earlier date. The handwritten will is not certified by a doctor for proving a sound mind but has 2 witnesses who are relatives but not beneficiaries. Moreover all his bank accounts have his parents as the nominee after his death.

A HR company administrator managed to get authentic signature of my friend on blank paper through deception and prepared a typewritten forged will superseding all previous wills and bequeathing all assets to himself with a recent date attested by 2 witnesses who are his friends .

The will is now contested in court

Will the assets go to the HR administrator considering that it is recently dated and has superseded all previous wills instead of the deceaseds parents?
