Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My doctor friend did her mbbs and M. D by deposit a forge document of S.t canidate bt she does her govt job by deposit her true document of general candidate.
Now she is retired by one of her cousin filed the case and now she is on trial. What can be the result of the case and how can she be out of it.
