Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Doctor issued corrigendum and declared injury as bone deepon with sec 337A2. Our lawyer told me that bone deepon injury does not attract to ,337A2. two questions 1. is the doctor authorized to issue corrigendum? 2. is the bone deepon wound falls u/s 337 A2?? what is your opinion learned lawyers... plz share your opinion. Thanks
