Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I filed a criminal complaint for being assaulted in court premises, Bangalore, FIR was registered. Accused is an influential person, got a B report filed, I filed a protest/ private complaint challenged the B report, I have deposed and an eye witness has also deposed. Its now more than 3 years, the ACMM 6 court at Nrupatunga road is for some strange reason not issuing summons to the accused and just giving dates after dates. what should I do ?
