Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A friend of mine was taken by police when he had an argument with his girlfriend and she was walking away with my friend following her.someone called the police control room and police took them to the police station? the police wrote some record of the incident with my friend's name , contact details and signature even after the girl had cleared that she knew him well and it was a mutual problem and he was not troubling her .however the police freed them after that. what does that report made by the police mean? can it be a cause of trouble for the boy in future ? please reply ...
