Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi, We had our grand pa's properties in his name. My father died when i was 6 years. I am 26 years old. In 2011, with my permission, my family, they arranged marriage for me. But after my engagement was over, During my marriage, just before 5 days to go for marriage,my younger brother, my aunty(father's elder sister), Uncle(aunty's husband), everybody threatened me, that they will stop my marriage, saying that they would do any expenses for my marriage and any and any.. their condition for was " I should sign for all the properties, to be registered in my brother's name, without any settlement or share. then only they will proceed my marriage." So in that situation, due to my mother's condition, and family condition i have signed for all the properties. but after that they haven't done any procedures for me(proper things for any festivals, proper procedure for me, while I am pregnant) as per hindu law. Even my brother, treat me like a slave when I am going their to my born house. no respect, no affection, nothing. So i have to file case against him saying that "they threatened me and only got sign. so I want my share back." So is their any possibility for that??? Please help me in this.
