Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello,
My wife is ready to give Khula (Divorce from wife side). But for safety purpose i want to prepare one legal paper with notary for safety in which i have to mention that my wife is raking the divorce at her end and from now onwards there is no relation between us. Hereafter, there is nothing to give i.e money etc from my side. And she does not do take any legal action against me. So could you please provide me the format of legal paper.

you have to prepare legal documents wisely, once your wife will go for another action then only these papers will help you. Dont try to save little money else you have to bear a big loos.
