Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Helloo.. My problem is that my father become a guaranter in drawing a loan of an another person. Now that person isn't paying that monthly amount as he keeps zero balance in his bank account and the bank is withdrawing the same amount from my father salaried account...we told him to pay the bank debt but he denied completely and says do whatever you want... What should we do now.... Plz help
