Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Ihave filed an sec 138 case against a person who is a defaulter of 32 lakhs....In course of proceedings he has surrendered on the basis of summons of the ld court . but now the person is trying to sell his all properties and might move abroad...what remedy can be prescribed by you.

you cannot get a stay in the 138 proceedings as it is not a recovery suit .
