hi there, I live in south-Africa. Gauteng. Vanderbijlpark , my boyfriend has been arrested for posesion of drugs but he didn't have anything on him when he got arrested, they just searched him and found nothing, then they asked him to show them his arms, and after that they arrested him, he was sent to leeuhof in Vereeniging, but they didn't even look if there is any evidence. I don't know what to do? his next trail is Thursday and he asked me to witness for him. what do I do???? please help me

The prosecution must prove whatever offence it alleges your boyfriend committed. He is not obliged to make any statement to the police and they must tell him what he is being charged with. Unless you know what the charge is you are not in a position to give evidence.
