Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i m out on bail in 498 A case. My condition says that I will not repeat similar offense,i should not terrorise the complainant and coorporate with the Investigation officer. Recent my wife had filed a bail cancellation petition. In these circumstances can I travel abroad for a month?IF yes what steps I should take?

you will have to seek the courts permission to travel abroad. move an application before the court concerned.
