Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
please let me know the maintainability of appeal to the HC under sec. 374 (2) of Cr.P.C against the conviction of the accused by the Trial Court under sec. 395 of IPC .. with case laws when the HC has rejected such an appeal

It depends on merit of the case. As such there is no universal case law which applies in every law. case law depends and vary from facts of each case.
