Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my mother was confined forcibly in mental asylum by her husband and her sonat IHBAS and at private hospital when she was in litigation with her husband. All her assets are in crores. the Delhi high court has issued an order in her case that husband cannot be the legal guardian when there is litigation between them.
My mother was forcible administered Depot injection (Haloperidol) for 4 years which has destroyed her body and her abilities.
Under which section of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Act we can file the case. under which penal code can we file this case
How can we sue IHBAS and invoke criminal proceediings against doctor.
