Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I sent a notice of u / s 138 ( cheque bouncing ). In this notice there are two mistakes I..e 1.father's name of a witness 2. The date of cheque return memo. Should I send a corrigendum? What is the time limit to send a corrigendum?
