Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Whats the procedure to execute arrest warrant from court for a person in UK?
Accused is in UK and he was declared ex-parte as he didn't turn-up for any hearing.
He doesn't have any property in India and hence, Court has issued arrest warrant to claim interim maintenance from him.
How to move ahead to get him arrested against arrest warrant from court?

Dear client first send warrant to uk Through embassy. If he will not come then ask court to issue red corner notice against him and interpole police will arrest him. For proper discussion call me on 8446247807 or 9422611385
