Legal Question in Criminal Law in
Prosecution submitted salary details as per an incomplete document for Rs.2,97,000/- I collected same details from same Department signed by the same officer through RTI for Rs.12,56000/- (Prosecution has not taken the advane wages and joining wages paid to me. What I should do now?

though you have not mentioned as to why did the prosecution took the document. what is the intent to prove. In any event, if you want to bring on record the true salary
