Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
i have received serious threats from some one face to face and on my mobile phone against which the report has been registered at our local police station and they have been charged with S 506, my question is that whether this section is bailable or not and the second question is that can they be punished by court kindly help

its a bailable offence. all crimes are punishable but after a due trial by the court.
