Legal Question in Criminal Law in Zimbabwe

I resigned and from the company and now after 2 years i am called and told that i am to answer for charged to damage the computer which i have to answer at court .also i suspect my junior is the one behind this as he wanted the post ,thirdly the place where the computer is ,is only accessible by security code which was known by myself,junior,and my boss but the whole thing is put on me and worse after i resgined. what next move can i make or help me how to get out of this.
