Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi ,
My name is sanjay singh , im from hyderabad, AP . i've been harassed by my wife and been accused in a false 498a DP ACT and 323 u/s IPC , in the month of march, i on bail now, and in the month of may on request of both the parties elders came to compromise and decided that we live together and promised to compromise 498a case in the court of law ,i took my wife to the local PS where the case is registered , spoke to the SI to take my wife'sstatement to compromise of 498a ,SI said that is not required and he will file the chargesheet, later on my wife again left to her place just for no reason stating she will not take the case back ,
now when i've called the SI and asked him weather he filed the chargesheet , he said yes , its been a month now with no response for the Sambandh from court ,
i want to know what will happen next ?

First confirm if the SI had filed a closure report or not because of the settlement. If he filed a closure report then what are you worried for.
