Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My signed cheque misused by someone. he told me that your husband (he is alcoholic and jobless, I am fighting divorce case ) gave this cheque against my his dues. He sent notice to me, with the help of local lawyer I responded. after an 1 year I recd court notice.
Now case is in court. person who put the case, attended only one hearing. I am bounded to attend all dates. His lawyer comes and teke date every time. for last 3 yrs I am suffering. Now his lawyer and mine lawyer forcing me for negotiation. what should I do, pls guide
