Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir my problem is actually I m a teacher teach student with guaranted passing but bad luck my 1 student fail in examination and his parents blackmail me and tell me refund him 1 yr fee otherwise he file a FIR against me what I do it's my not fault I am also a student so 17000 is big amount for me but his parents is loyer in supreme court so what I do please suggest I m disappointed....please guide me

your fate may depend upon the kind of guarantee you gave.

if you provide guarantee then you have to refund the fee, in future never use word guarantee.
If u r a student then why you give guarantee? Is it in writing or verbal.
