Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir i am victim of ipc 306 201 my whole family victim of case frm last 4 year my wife committed suicide after one year of marriage her parents allegation on me that we mental harassment they alligated we not allow to doing kitchen work and other home work because of that she mentally harass and committed suicide after come on evidence they also told in front of judge they alliterated that we also physical harsh it is not mention in case diary
so how can we over come fm case pls help me she write a suicide not that nobady is responsible for my death is my own dis scion without signature
