Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My sister is very harassment with her husband and husband's brother's family.So many times told to their but they do not hear.They r scolding,beating,Very abbsusing language use infront of my sister,Also my one day my sister is going to suciede but she have two children.One baby Have 4Years old,second baby have 7months old.How to complaint For this Family.Please help Me.

1) Go to Women Cell or local NGO and seek their help.
2) File DV and 498A against all of them without delay.
