my sister is missed for past 8 months. i arranged an advocate to put case against my sister's husband. but he didnt put any case. now itself only i realized everything . what case i can put for the person missing? and i m thinking my sister may be killed my sister's husband. so, for this wat can i put cases? plz help me anyone .

Dear client,

On tomorrow itself you must file a complaint directly to the Supdt. of Police in writing along with the latest photograph of your sister in close up and you must state the doubts regarding her missing and you may give the full address and other details of your brother in law in the complaint. You may clearly state that the reason for delay in filung the complaint that you had entrusted the matter with so and so advocate and he had not filed. You may also sent a copy of the complaint to the chief minister of your state by speed post acknowledgement due. I a sure that there will be stringent action against culprits.
