Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had a verbal arguement with and old neighbour, the neighbour in between the arguement dies of heart attack. I did not intend to kill him. Q)Will I be charged with murder? Q) If yes then of what degree? Q) If not then why?

as there is no act of violence on your part, you cannot be tried for the offence of murder.
