My wife filed a fake 498 A case and maintenance case agaist me just after marriage. She stayed only 48 hours in different time with me. What shall I do. I want to file divorce case against her. please guide me Sir

Divorce case may aggravate your proble. First face 498-A case. Try to reach on settlement with your wife. this is the best solution.
