Legal Question in Family Law in India

In 2011,i was married to an state government employee and now he is in relationship with some other girl and thrown me out of his home also given me divorce papers, from nine months i am living with my parent he never even came once to take me back, i myself went to his home he and his mother again thrown me out .. sir i love him but he is avoiding me exploiting me i begged him to take me back but he never came and now when he told me about his relationship..i am helpless i was waiting him since months.his mother do worst behaviour to me for his support ..sir my family is very poor and in their own problems so they are taking advantage..

sir my dob 1992, he raped me when i was 15 and a half year old so my mother wanted to cover it so she begged of him for this marriage as my parents knows him well thats why they people never accepted me as their daughter in law ..sir please help me i need your advice .. i dont want to spoil my life i just want them to realize what they have done to me..what should i do legally ?
