Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am 32 yr old male, I love a girl her age is 29 year.. We accept each other as husband & wife we are living with each other from last 6 yr, the community where we live know that we are husband & wife.. Can I show her as wife in govt job.. What we should do so that we will married legally.

you can go for court marriage .........

thats the only option.........

without marriage do not show her as your wife in govt job...
