Sir kiya main apne father ki property se apna hisa le skta hoon?mere father mjhe mera hisa nhi de rhe lekin mujhe mera hisa chahiye iska kiya legal process hai please advice krein inho ne meri shadi krwaii or ab mera aik bacha bhi hai na tu ye mujhe qarobaar k liye paise de rhe hai or na hisa de rhe ma kiya kro maine inko bht paise kama kr bheje saudia se lekin mere pass koi saboot ni inho ne kafi property bnai hai mujhe ghar ma bhi nhi anay dete.

you can recover what you have sent while abroad, if the money actually sent for safe keeping. you are not entitled to claim the property of your father or any part thereof or share, at present.
