Legal Question in Family Law in India

I approached delhi high court mediation and concelliation centre 2 years ago but my husband refused to settle the matter there. And did not ask my mediator for any report made by her. Now i need its copy. How to get it?

When a matter is not settled in mediation, no report is made. Mediator just write "failed". It seems you have certain confusions.
