what is the authority of power of attorney? if the wife has power of attorney of husbands property then in case of his death (God forbid) can the property be transferred to her name?

The attorney is a person who can act on behalf of his/her principal. The property would not get transferred on the name of attorney automatically but there's procedure which would be adopted in case of death of the principal.

On the death of person, power of attorney ceases. If she uses that power of attorney after his death, then that will be best an offense. [email protected]
