Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother got married to NRI in UK. He left his job and went to UKwith her. Now she is harrasing him and mentally torturring him stating that she will complain about him on account of harrasement and she will harm herself. Kindly suggest what legal action he can take against her while sitting in Ireland. Can he report in Indian Embassy in UK and if yes what is the procedure to do so
