my brother stay with a married women since 2009 having two girl child never married to her but that married women claimed that she is having a male child blessed by my brother and she has kept all the records like birth certificate,voter i card claiming my brother as her husband. the most important information is that her original husband and 2 girl child are living and depending on my brother ,her husband dead in cancer in sep.2013,having only an agrrement of divorce with her husband not a court order, now my brother wants to come out from the situation.. what should we do...my brother is also an unemployed catering all these requirement through our money by telling lie to the family.

Dear client as she is keep of yr brother then she can only claim maintenance. He can left her but she can file case of maintenance. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

Dear Client,

Ask your brother to leave that lady immediately.

She can not move anything aginst your brother, if a petition for maintainane comes take the stand that, your brother don't know her over and above she is a married lady. Regarding the child, if your brother is so sure that it was not his child, your brother can request for a DNA Test at CCMB, Hyderabad, and the expenses has to be borne by the parties. Do not make any documents in writing and do not make any calls from mobile and avoid meeting that lady.
