hi, i was a catholic before marriage. i got married in 2010 to a hindu boy by converting myself legally to a hindu & changing my name. i got a son in 2012. due to disputes with husband, got mutual divorce in 2014. staying wid my son since then. now in september 2016, my ex-husband expired. now as he was one & only son, does our son have any legal rights on his property? pls advise.
