Legal Question in Family Law in India

my daughter was pushed into a marriage even though her 1st marriage divorce decree had not come thr.i had clearly shared on the facts to the bridegroom and told them to wait for 6 months but somehow they convinced us into the marriage.

now my daughter's 2nd marriage is into problems. the boy literally ran away . and now he is taking advantage of the fact that her 1st marriage divorce decree has not cum and he has filed a case in family court as well as judicial under various ipc sections( 420.494,406 etc. he has also put false allegations that we demanded money from him and beat. in fact we were to be arrested but we could get anticipatory bail.

from our side we hav following proofs 1) her profile in matrimonial site shows as awaiting divorce 2)we had sent the boy email attaching my daughter's mutual consent petition 3) we hav bank transfers which shows we gave him funds

also the boy is a divorcee and we hav just come to know that his 1st marriage divorce was settled thr divorce decree in front of registration

also the boy's aunt is our neighbor and she is on our side and hav given statement to the police . when all attempts of reconciliation failed, we also lodged complain under 498. the boy and his parents were arrested and later released on bail

SIR, MY DAUGHTER HAS NOW GOT HER 1ST MARRIAGE DIVORCE DECREE DTD 27/11/2013

Sir, we are middle class people . i am a retired person. pls guide us as how do we go about

god is witness. the fact is they cheated us . the boy had done the same with his 1st wife too. thanks .kumar
