Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am daughter(27yrs) ofmy father(55) beat me up when i asked him to speak slowly in morning not speak in high voice whatever matter he and my mom discussing i used to daily avoid these situations but one day i spoke to him with a raised voice manner
Me: and told him to why he could not join art of living and may god kill him giving a paralytic effect if he could not control his voice on hearing this i become so much angry and i told him that not to come infront of me but he did not listen me and even not stop beating me at my face and neck.he beat me thrice...i want to get rid of this situation i could not even concentrate on my studies i cry when i think of it daily...
