Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear sir, aoa, my husband divorced me seven years before and one day he kidnapped our kids (7 years ans two yeard old boys) and immediately applied for their custody declaring me dangerous for them. I dint receive any notice about that and forced me into a compromise dictating the terms and conditions of his own choice and got a decree and gave me the custody of kids. Afterwards he remarried. The kids have been living with me since them but meet their father whenever he likes to and stay overnight as well. He also pays for their school fees. He is living outside Pakistan. Now my boys are 13 and 9 years old and their father has been demanding them to be sent to abroad to stay with him their and if not he will take their custody back. I want to ask what is my position. He is living abroad with his second wife and two childre from his new wife and i am living with my sons. Please help me.

Father is legally entitled for custody of male children once they pass the age of 7 years... However welfare of minors is of paramount importance... I see your case weak but if its dealt properly u stand a chance.. Kindly show me docs of earlier litigation so that i can guide to appropriately.. [email protected]
