Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir, i am seeking your advice related to mys sister, she has been brutally tortured by her husband who is accusing her falsely of contacting other man on FB. she wants Khula now as he don't have job for last 4 years and continuously he is physically and mentally torturing her, what will be procedure of khula and also she wants custody of her all 4 kids ages 3, 7, 11, 14. pls pls help us.
