Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam, Please help me. Regarding my husband he is like that by nature a arrogant,selfish,egoist man. Always he is forcing me to agree upon his words or accept his words.I have been married for 11 years.before he was good for some times but last 4 years he has turned in to a work holic evil. Now I have 6 years old son .I am going through a very bad phase in my life becoz of Father-in-law his family's. He controls all finance and everything and refused to give money for monthly expenditure, food..I went many astrologer and remedy for black magic but the still I am failure. My father giving all expenditure.Main Question is I am staying in Bangalore and I will back to Orissa to my father home and I will do 1st file domestic violence case for mental harassment. But problem is my son he is studying 1st standard in KV school, But what should I do?? Should I take TC from Bangalore school to Bhubaneswar school??
2 nd question is, If I will do case file in Orissa, so should I stay in Orissa?? Then how long it will take time for this case??
I am worried about my son.Actually I need to stay in Bangalore for my son education and I will take rented home separately, I do not want to back my native place. I want to build a healthy life only for my son.I am trying to find a job but not easy to get job now . I am 36 years old women.
Plz tell me what should I do??? should I back to Orissa forever with my son for cases??
My 3rd question is, 11 years I spent with him and I Decorated my rented home all furniture,Electronics with my husband salary.I have done with bujet every thing for my rented home,my husband only had given some money nothing love, caring. Plz tell me Should I take back my all efforts and my stridhan and all my clothes, furniture, electronics??
I must need to punishment to my ungodly husband and his family they had given more pain to me and my family. Plzzz guide me whats is the right way?
