Legal Question in Family Law in India

- If the divorce is by mutual consent and the husband agrees to pay a certain amount as alimony or maintenance, can there be a possibility that the husband cann stop giving maintenance at any point of time (1)either by hiding his whereabouts for example by taking up a job in some foreign land and becoming untraceable (2) citing inability to pay maintenance due to job loss or any false reason.
Kindly suggest what action can be taken when faced with any of these situations.
- If he is hiding his employer's name, but one does know his country of residence (Germany in the case at hand). Can we file a case against him for hiding his whereabouts and get a police warrant against him. In such an event will the German embassy help tracing him, afterall the residence permit is issued by the embassy only.
PS. The couple are Indian citizens
