Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I got divorced on july 2014. My husband convicted for ten years & from 3 yrs he is jail.

I have one boy, age 5yrs.my left me n my son when he was 2yrs. I am a school teacher.

I managed myself, my son & my husband also from last 3yrs. But now I divorced him for his n his family's bad manner. Now my ex husband wants to get back his son though he is in jail right now. He giving me threat from jail. My family scared for him

Can I have my child?? Can I get support of law?? Pls sdvise.

The main thing to be considered for detemining the custody of a child is his wellbeing. In your case you are the fittest person to ensure your son's wellbeing so long your ex husband is in jail. Till then you are legally safe. However, if you feel insecured please go to court and get a suitable order.
