There is domestic violence case against me and running from last 2 years, so my question is can I apil to high court for maanhani case against my wife.

1) Manhani means Defamation which is both criminal as well as civil offence. there has to be a specific imputations ( may be by words spoken or written) intending to harm the reputation of the other and publication of the defamatory content.

2) If her cases fail and u r acquitted, then u can think off.
