I'm earning 25000 per month no body is dependent on me

my wife claim a final settlement of 13lakh from her 1st husband I'm 2nd one she is secretary of small school (her own school) my baby is of 6month with her on above information how much interim maint. I may have to pay both in DV N crpc125
