What and how an equally educated doctor wife from a doctor huband for compensation and maintanence for her and her 12 yr old daughter who is wholly take care of her mother since birth.her father not even spend a penny for her and he and his family not respond many attempts of them and their family for reunion and restitution case filed by his wife.whats the obe time settlement amount she can ask for both of them

As per, she is not entitled to maintenance. The ground for maintenance can be made out if she is not practicing at present. But she has to convince the court as to why she is not working in spite of having a degree and well qualified. Not pay any compensation to her. You may give to your son.
