I got exparte RCR decree one year three months ago. My wife denied to join. Can I file dirorce & Can my wife seek maintenance? we have two kids. Kindly help with your valuable suggesstion. Thanks! Kalaga

Certainly you can file a divorce petition on that ground. Maintenance can't be granted to a deserted wife. Its the law. You have just to prove that she has deserted you of her own. For detail u may contact me.
