Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

My father left me and my mother in 1994 and married two different women at different times. He has a girl child with the second women, while 2 male children with the third women. Currently after his death my uncles are trying to give property that my father has to those children as well.

None of the women that were 'married' to my father were legal as my father never divorced my mother. I am in terrible psychological condition due to this problem and would like to know what I should do.

I realize your anxiety. But you can not ignore the facts. You can not deny what your father did in his lifetime. As you said that your father had two subsequent marriage, though those happened without yours mother's consent, are not illegal. Taking other wives without approval of first wife is punishable offence. But it can not take away the rights of your step brothers and sisters.

So do not be emotional, try to think in a realistic way.
