Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father's 2 younger brothers and 2 sisters are cunning my father and mother in the case of division of property??? So do I had a right to ask my uncles in this issue.....if I had in what way I can ask?? Them......

1) Full details as to whether ur father is living or the property is ancestral or self-acquired are not furnished.

2) It can then only be examined whether u hv the right to claim in such property.
