I've filed a dv and dowry case on my husband. I had a filed a fir on him and his family he's now changing the house. He has second marriage also without taking divorce from me legally. Will it be a problem for me. He doesn't want me to know about it. Wat I can do in this stage plz help

If u can obtain evidence of his second marriage, then he will be in problem not urself.

2) Even if he changes his house without giving u the shared household bring to the notice of the court.

You can file a FIR under section 494 for bigamy, You will get other reliefs under the DV case.
